To join the Australian Reptile Breeders Alliance (ARBA) as a participating reptile breeder and enjoy the benefits of the listings on the ARBA site, you will be required to submit your application through the form below. Please ensure you read and understand the conditions prior to the submission of your application.
Terms and Conditions
- Breeders are required to keep high standards of customer service when selling captive bred reptiles.
- This includes but not limited too; only selling captive bred reptiles, only selling native legal wildlife, only selling healthy animals and accurately describing the animal prior to selling (including breed, age, morph etc.)
- Breeders must be aware that their perspective buyers are able to make a claim, otherwise known as a complaint, against the breeder if the breeder breaches the terms and conditions. If substantial evidence is bought against the breeder, that breeder will be banned. (please read the user terms and conditions for further elaboration on the basis of what a claim can be made upon)
- Breeders are required to submit an application letter, where the breeder can describe their history and their reason of wanting to join the ARBA. A phone interview may be requested before applying.
- The ARBA reserves the right to reject an application. This may be for reasons such as, but not limited too, false information provided in the application.
- The ARBA will give the benefit of the doubt upon joining to all members. It’s up to the breeder to maintain their reputation by way of conduct.
