A “User” is anyone who views the website and access it’s content and services such as the breeder listings, contact forms and feedback forms. Claims can be made by users who purchased reptiles from ARBA’s members. The ARBA allows this in order to keep it’s listing safe for buyers and also to help solve disputes that may be simple misunderstandings. Though we choose our members by their behaviour to date based on customer service and care, by either invitation or application through our online form, we do so solely in good faith that they comply to our standards and views, verbally or physically (online or on paper) in accordance to the terms and conditions of member initiation prior to joining the ARBA. It is preferred that the buyer contacts the breeder first before making a claim.
